Kevin Oxley, Owner

Kevin was born into the TLC brand and takes on his role as the little boss! His favorite part of the job is having the opportunity to work and connect with wonderful clients. When off the clock he is passionate about philanthropy. You can find him coaching youth sports, playing hockey, and singing a tune in the annual Kiwanis events!

Jay Oxley, Owner

Jay has been the boss in charge for 42 years! He says he should probably retire but he likes what he does most of the time! He loves taking on large commercial projects, and connecting with our clients. When he’s not working you can catch him out on the green playing some golf!

Brianna DiGrigoli, Sales Professional

Bri has been a member of the TLC crew for 3 years as a customer service and flooring sales professional! She loves being able to help our clients find their perfect flooring! When she’s not assisting a client, she is sure to be crafting away!

Tyler Correia, Warehouse Manager

A member of the TLC crew for 15 years, Tyler is our Warehouse manager, taking care of purchasing, receiving, and inventory control! His favorite part of job is seeing the project come to a conclusion. In his spare time, he enjoys being out on the water fishing!

Kobe is the newest member of our crew and is a flooring installer in training! He is excited to learn the ropes, and the tricks of the trade! So far his favorite projects are carpet installation jobs. When he’s not at work he is sure to be enjoying outdoor activities like hunting, fishing, and camping!
